The Éigse na BrÃdeoige is a long-established cultural festival. We will be holding the 29th Éigse festival in January 2022 in venues throughout the Gaeltacht villages of UÃbh Ráthach Co Kerry – Cathair Dónal, An Dromod, Baile ‘n Sceilg, An Coireán (Waterville) and An Gleann.
IRD Waterville organised and held the inaugural St. Patricks Day Parade in Waterville in 2012 and the event has been going from strength to strength in the years since.
The Amergin Solstice Poetry Gathering will run from the evening of 20th June to 23rd June 2021, when we will finish with a St. John’s Eve bonfire

The Waterville Trailrunning Festival is a series of trail races over 3 days, along the Lough Currane/Derrynane loop of the Kerry Way, on the Atlantic tip of the Iveragh Peninsula.
The Hardman Skellig Coast Triathlon is a challenging swim, cycle and run which starts and finishes in the village
The Charlie Chaplin Comedy Film Festival honours the pioneering spirit of a great filmmaker and takes place annually in August.
